Machine Sharpening:
Under 6 inches: $8
+$2 for serrated knives6 Inches and over: $12

Whetstone Sharpening:
Japanese and Western double bevel knives: $3/in.

Whetstone sharpening can include a 120 and 400-grit re-bevel, a 1000 and 3000-grit edge refinement, and a 5000, 8000, and 10000-grit hand polish with compounded leather stropping. The final finish is selected based on intended use, steel type, and style.
Scissors/Shears/Pruners are sharpened using a Wolff Industries Twice as Sharp system.
